Chief Instructor Abernethy Barcaple
This is a key role in the life and work of the Centre, the post holder plays a full part in the leadership team and in meeting the needs of our guests and is expected to influence across the entire range of Centre life. Ideally the successful candidate will have team leadership experience and a background in adventure activities. You will understand and be excited about the opportunities offered by a residential adventure centre to present the Christian message and contribute to the personal development of guests and team members. Food Services Team Leader Abernethy Nethybridge
Are you a motivated team player with practical experience in the kitchen? We are looking for a dedicated individual with leadership skills to head up our busy Food Services department. Working with a Cook, an Assistant Cook and our enthusiastic Year Team, you will ensure that our guests and team members enjoy tasty home cooked meals. Ordering, menu development & staff training will all be your responsibility. You will need to be friendly and guest-focussed, and have had experience in a commercial kitchen. General Assistant Abernethy Ardgour
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to work in the house and kitchen, starting in Spetember 2009. There is the chance to gain outdoor activity training for one day per week during the year. 6 weeks of the year will be spent at a ski resort in Switzerland catering for our TI Course students and visiting guests. A desire to be involved in youth club work in the local village in your spare time would also be an advantage but not essential. Assistant Cook/Trainee Assistant Cook Abernethy Ardeonaig
Mealtimes are a key part of the service we offer our guests. You will assist in the Servery, Dining Room and Kitchen, maintaining high standards of hygiene and service. Experience is not essential, but the right attitude and enthusiasm are. We will provide full training, and the opportunity to take on a leadership role for the right person.
