This is a key role in the life and work of the Centre, the post holder plays a full part in the leadership team and in meeting the needs of our guests. Suitable candidates will hold a range of other responsibilities and may also be appointed Deputy Operations Director. Ideally the successful candidate will have some management or team leadership experience and a background in adventure activities-sailing experience would be particularly advantageous. You will understand and be excited about the opportunities offered by a residential adventure centre to present the Christian message and contribute to the personal development of guests and team members. Comprehensive training will be given where necessary. This is a key role in the Centre and gives scope for independence and responsibility within a collegial leadership team. Are you a motivated team player with practical experience in the kitchen? We are looking for a dedicated individual with leadership skills to help head up our busy Food Services department. Working with our Food Services Supervisor, another Cook, an Assistant Cook and our enthusiastic Year Team, you will ensure that our guests and team members enjoy tasty home cooked meals, served with a smile. You will need to be friendly and guest-focussed, and have some experience in the kitchen.
